Description
Named for the grasshopper mouse, a carnivorous rodent that is known for eating scorpions, the GHM9 9mm Pistol is a made by Swiss arms manufacturer B&T. The GHM9 pistol is built on a direct blowback operating system with a built-in recoil buffer spring. All of the controls on the GHM9 are ambidextrous and the charging handle can be positioned on the right or left hand side. The barrel of GHM9 is free-floated adding to the accuracy of the pistol and reducing the time it takes for the barrel to cool down after rapid fire. The 6.9" barrel is 1/2x28 threaded and features a tri-lug adapter for suppressor use.
The upper receiver of the B&T GHM9 is one solid piece and features Picatinny rails at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions for mounting optics and accessories. Removable flip-up sights and a hand-stop are included with the GHM9 allowing the pistol to be functional right out of the box. The rear of the pistol has a mounting surface for attaching a folding pistol brace or for turning the GHM9 pistol into a GHM9 short barreled rifle by attaching a stock (after the proper NFA paperwork has been filed and approved). The GHM9 from B&T is an incredible PDW mixing Swiss workmanship and reliability with features that similar firearms fail to include.

Yeah. I'm surprised the "SIG P320" mag version of this even exists, as you'd pay a fortune for 21rd mags compared to cheaper Glock mags. If this were the Glock version, I'd be tempted. But if they'd make a CZ/AKV mag version for this price, I'd be all over it. Hopefully SIG or B&T will make a 30+ rd mag for this version.
Sig manufactures 30 round magazine now, msrp is $60, but I’ve bought them for $46. They are much higher quality than my stribog magazines. Sigs magazines are all
Metal. No polymer to crack.
I think it has to do with the fact that SIG won the military contract for their P320 pistol and B&T has the PCC military contract.
It’s a B&T. If you prefer saving a couple hundred bucks and getting a Stribog than this isn’t the gun for you. For those who know, this is as cheap as you will ever see a B&T PCC
No shit. Ain’t Gona find ANY b and r for less.
Was about to buy this but it looks like it would costs about $300 to put any kind of brace/stock on the damn thing. Going with stribog sp9a3 with the new curved mags instead. At least I get a damn brace with it
Ah yes, let's compare prices between a company like B&T and Grand Power. Not like there's a huge difference which justifies the price. Especially since, you know, the sp9a3 hasn't had a ton of problems so far.
Exactly, so far sp9a3 has been flawless. Cannot say that about the B&T.
Yeah. B&T can make a better gun, but I wouldn't even pay $1K for any blowback design when my own SP9A3S has been 100% reliable and is softer shooting and much quieter than any blowback gun (which should all be relegated to the $500-$900 range using such simple, old design based on a giant weight slamming around in there).
Super great price for one of these about $700 off.
At this price I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I don't already have one (bought one last year for about $1350). I don't think the sig lower is a big problem, if you really don't like it, you can sell it and buy a glock lower for about $450. I prefer the glock or sig lower, the factory plastic mags are worrisome...
