I bought a trade in p220 years ago and when I got it it was a DAK action. No mention of in the add and the picture was a DA/SA. I even called to verify and was assured it was DA/SA. It’s sad to see they haven’t changed their ways. businesbusiness

Scammy vender, not the pistol that is pictured. Mine is an older model legacy slide with the cheap plastic grips, not the post 2009 slide with full rear serrations, and also does not have the E2 grips as shown in the photo. Tried to cancel my order several times at least 10 hours before it shipped, they refused, because now they can collect a 15% restocking fee. I understand others may have had luck but I won’t do business with Sportsman’s guide again.

I was pretty nervous after reading reviews about this dealer, but my p229 arrived today in good shape and shoots well. Sorry to others who have had bad experiences, but I am happy with my new pistol.

I've been doing business with this dealer for several years and never had any issues. I've probably made at least 12-15 purchases from them. As the huge dealer that they are, I'm sure somewhere in the thousands of monthly transactions, there are mistakes. Although from my experience overall, I will continue to buy from them.
