It'll work if your rifle is chambered in either 223 Remington or 5.56x45 (or one of the latter cartridges' multitude of "A/K/A"s). If your rifle is chambered in 22 rimfire then it won't.
And now having gone and seen that the MP15-22 Sport is, in fact, chambered in 22 Long Rifle rimfire, I can say with certainty that it will not work in your rifle. For one, your rifle's firing pin strikes the rim of its ammo while this cartridge takes a strike in the center to fire; for another, this cartridge is physically too large to go into the rifle's chamber.
