CCI® developed A22 Magnum Gamepoint Rimfire Ammo to shoot faster than standard .22 WMR cartridges, to enhance reliable feeding the Savage® A22 Semi-Auto rifle. CCI A22 Rimfire Ammo shoots a 35-grain Game Point bullet that expands well on medium-size varmints and predators, from rock chucks to fox and coyote. The jacket of the Gamepoint bullet is electronically plated to the lead core and then skived, much the same as Fusion® centerfire big game hunting bullets. The pointed tip enhances flat trajectory and reliable feeding in semi-auto rifles.
