Can anyone explain to me why this even exists? I mean, why would anyone choose this over Hi-Point's standard carbine in 9mm P? Who wants to spend more $ for ammo that's less capable w/o even a capacity bonus for the (marginally) lighter weight ammo? I just don't get it... Of course, I really, really wish Hi-Point offered their 10mm version in a config that took Glock mags, but I'm a hopeless romantic that way!
I have the .45 ACP version, which makes a great truck and hog gun for cheap. I agree .380 in a carbine makes no sense at all. And indeed, these would be far more attractive if they took Glock mags. But, Hi-Point is having no problems with sales regardless.
