Good for my 1k yard rig?

I have this on a Rossi 308 rifle. I have maybe 250 rounds through and never adjusted it but still hits fine a 8 in gong at 100-150 yards. Your milage may very with it but it's worked for my beater hunting rifle.

35 now price spike talked me out of it

Have one of these on a 10/22. It's my favorite "plain/no frills/value-orientated" scope.

Both rebates for Dick's require a UPC cut from box. Are there two UPCs on this box?

Yes there are two on the box that I got last year. I also sent in a rebate for it and I still have one more upc on the other end of the box.

Edit: pulled out the box and it was for the 3-9X50 but the 3-9X40 should have 2 as well

It is a problem. Rebate explicitly states purchase price. Because of that, Dicks sporting goods deal is better. 49.99- 10.00 dicks gift card -30 rebate.

The rebate states that the original retail price must be over $49.95. I don't know if this will be a potential problem or not.

I have the same worry. But you can print screen and get back to Amazon if rebate is refused. Hope that is fine.

Amazon's original retail price is $49.99, they offer $10 instant savings and $30 Rebate. It should be valid, they did this last year as well

dicks sporting goods/field and stream has this taken care of:
they jack the price up to the minimum for the rebate and then offer an additional $10 rebate.
fwiw dicks is the only one advertising this and have been doing it for about a month. granted its a low end scope destined for a 22lr and dicks history/politics but..... there are still plenty of deals to be had there once you factor in their scorecard points and all of the coupons they send in the mail and instore giveaways promotions pricematches etc... i think ive spent about $150 in the store over a 6 mo span and have 3 pistols, two scopes, couple thousand rounds of ammo to show for it..

negative, they have given me ~$600 in giftcards plus other prizes from giveaways, and by the time you use those giftcards with the points back promos (10% for some promos) and the coupons they mail you can stretch it out pretty far. they pricematch local stores too.
