Good point... apparently whether it's for a $3000 Silver Pigeon, $600 M9, this $200 APX, a Tikka or Sako rifle, the Beretta warranty is 1yr to original purchaser with receipt, 2yrs extra if registered. Warranties are deceptive though... SIG has lifetime, Smith has 1yr with lifetime service to original, Glock 1yr, FN 5yrs with receipt, HK lifetime, Ruger none, Wilson Combat none. Ruger and Wilson don't have written warranties because of the screwy federal law, and have some of the best "no questions asked" customer service and repair of anyone. "Standing behind a quality product" may be the critical element rather than the writing.

I'd like to update this to say one of the owners of this company reached out and straightened this out. I ordered from them initially because of the great price and fair shipping. I would not hesitate to do business again.

Definitely agree, do your homework. I have several and I must admit the trigger is the worst of the small 9s I own. I actually had to refuse transfer of one of them because of surface rust under the black finish. Even the gun counter guys were surprised at the lack of quality control...but, I still own several. One of them has a good trigger and the finish is top notch. For me the Tactical version is the best and the Carry model is not so great with the Full Size being in the middle. I purchased because of the rebate and so far have received the rebate checks in a timely manner.
