Set came in yesterday. Overall in pretty damn good shape. Fits together perfectly. A little scuffing just below the bolt catch. The lower seems to have the armour tuff finish, but the upper doesn’t seem to have it. Likely a blem lower idk. Upper is in perfect shape though. Still feel like it was worth it. CTD still sucks monkey butt though
I love to read ppls worthless comments about a company not doing this or not doing that but they click on there sales and take the time to comment.

For those who just bash this....I bought the set and both had come with the armor-tuff coating...and they were in perfect shape. I couldn't find not one blem or scratch on either upper or lower. I recommend anyone and everyone to buy for a build. Cheaper than dirt also shipped it immediately and I received from my ffl only 4 days after purchase. Great product great buy...u trolls need to go back under the bridge cause u wrong!
Why call them “trolls” ? Maybe you should read CTD’s reviews over the past 15 years +/- including on You Tube about their ammo prices then maybe you would have thought twice about giving them your business.

They must have read my post bcz they corrected the ad to read anodized.
I finally got my set in and it’s definitely not a “match” set. The lower looks good and coated but the upper looks raw. I did get the rubber bushing as well.
They need to make another correction. Near the bottom of the description on this page it still states: "Black Amor-Tuff FInish" (their typo)
This is available at ar15 discounts for a similar price. So, all you, “it’s a scam” muppets calm down.
Stinks of a scam! Dirt Cheap is a immoral and unethical retailer. Buyer beware. What short memories we have…. I don’t know the quality of these, but WC just expanded their manufacturing capacity and I’ve seen several poor reviews lately. Wouldn’t put it past slimy Dirt Cheap to buy true Blems and sell as new parts. If something is wrong, you mind as well throw it away because you aren’t going to get any customer service. They even say no returns. Buy at own risk!!!

I picked up a set. They’re good. No noticeable blems, but I don’t really have high standards. Shipping was decent speed. It arrived to my FFL well-packed.
IMHO, if buying this from CTD at an insane deal helps them move inventory and they don’t really make anything (better yet LOSE money) on the deal, I’m fine with it.
But the deal has to be pretty insane for me to give them any money.

He’s trying to help you. It’s not your fault you weren’t around, but this is a company who has a proven track record for no service after sale and price gouging in times of panic. Put your money into morally sound retailers. I guarantee there is a reason why these are so cheap and no other retailers are selling them at this price. If it’s too good to be true it is. Dirt Cheap is the one company that would do something like this too. You’ve been warned.

Ive gotten several WC sets and they have been all good. Whats is unique - these have the optional $90 Armour Tuff upgrade. Wonder why the cheap price.

I cannot believe CTD has a lower price than Wilson....and Wilson shows out of stock.
Knowing CTD it's most likely a 2nd although it doesn't say so but does mention to expect some pitting and machine marks.
