The Diamondback Firearms Black Gold Series 556 is an amazing mid level AR-15. This DB-15 offers great features like a redesigned lower receiver and rail. It comes standard with magpul furniture and one of my favorite stocks that magpul offers, the CTR. This stock allows the shooter to lock it in place to eliminate any movement in the stock. This is super convenient especially if you are interested in taking more precise shots. In terms of accuracy, the DB-15 Black Gold Series is about on par with other AR-15s holding a 1-2 moa group at 100 yards depending on the ammo that you are shooting. The only downside to this rifle is that there are no QD attachment points along the rail and the trigger is a standard mil spec trigger. These are just minor inconveniences and can be easily fixed. Overall this a great rifle for the money and definitely should be a consideration for anyone looking to pick up their next AR-15.
