Like most competition pistol slides, it is milled for popular optics like the Vortex Venom, Viper, and Burris Fastfire red dots. It is fully machined from a bar stock of 17-4 stainless steel allowing Faxon to completely customize the geometry to reduce weight and improve slide serrations. All sharp corners are chamfered and beveled to aid in holstering. The entire M&P slide is DLC coated to for corrosion resistance and makes the slide ride smoothly on the rails. Features:
