This Spike's Optimum profile, 16" barrel weighs 26.4 oz with M4 barrel extension and no front sight base. It has a .750" gas block seat with a properly sized gas port and the muzzle is threaded perfectly concentric to the bore with 1/2x28 threads. This barrel features a mid-length gas system for smoother cycling and does not have the M4/M203 mount notch cut between the threads and the gas block area.
