American Tactical Imports (ATI) had a significant amount of guns on display. There were plenty of different 1911 models, 1911 in 22 LR models, including the complete line-up of models produced in Turkey (FS9, C45, FS40, HP9 and many more). One thing that really caught our attention was a Glock look-a-like version in 22 LR (Very similiar to ISSC M22). It was a really early model, and it does not look like it will hit production any time soon and a ATI's representative confirmed this. See attached pictures.

Las Vegas, Shot Show - We had a chance to talk to Armscor (Rock Island) representatives and inquired about the XT22 and MIG 22. They had one of each on display and they were nice enough to let us handle them and take some pictures. Supposedly, they are ready to ship and we can expect them right after the Shot Show. However, they did mention that the price will be higher than the other 1911 22LR handguns on the market, since it is not a pot metal handgun like others. It will also be possible to convert it to 45 ACP. We did find another interesting model, 1911 MicroMag 22 TCM.

Remington Arms was awarded a contract by the US Army to improve M24 Sniper Weapon. The new M24E1 will get a complete new stock design, new scope and a new suppressor. Remington will upgrade up to 3600 M24 snipers for a price of 28.2 million dollars. Remington has manufactured the M24 sniper rifle for 22 years, producing nearly 15,000 rifles.
