I haven`t had that problem and This will be my 3rd one, but if it did why not just drill it out a little bigger?

Don't get me wrong, not knocking Radical, but this upper has been this price EVERYWHERE for the last 2-3 YEARS and had (maybe still has) known problems with cycling. If I recall the gas port was too small under-gassing the system.

Purchased one from Brownell's and it was a bolt action, never cycling. Looked great through. Contacted Radical who said it was a 4-6 week return time, honestly not too bad in the gun world, but I decided to return to Brownell's for a full refund.

Anyone know if these issues have been corrected or are retailers still trying to unload old stock?

Edit: Based on PA's reviews the most recent (2021-2020) seem favorable.
