Each NLX 308 BCG contains a hardened, shot peened and MPI inspected bolt. We machine the bolt from SAE 4140ph high-grade steel. This material provides an extremely hard surface and a strong core resistant to structural failure. Machined from 4140ph steel to aerospace tolerances, the carrier is strong and durable.
